Vallinde charity foundation is an organization made up by a number or group of people from various localities, tribes and ethnicity in Adamawa state of Nigeria and also across the nation as a whole.

To create positive and personal difference in the lives of at risk children/elders so they can achieve productive lives, live with healthy habits and maintain peaceful attitudes toward themselves.

Rules and regulations of the foundation

1. The foundation is open for everyone willing to participate.
2. Anyone willing to join the foundation must register him/herself annually with the foundation.
3. Members of the foundation must participate in the foundations activities when requested.
4. Impeachment of officials or members can be done when one found offensive.
5. Each an every individual in the foundation must respect his/her colleague irrespective of thier offices or rank in the foundation

This philanthropy company or organisation known as Vallinde charity foundation is owned by a young Nigerian Youth in person of Comrade Ahmad Bashir Modibbo (Sardaunan Jilli).
